Ordering:  For security reasons we do not have a secure order form. We believe in personal service just call us toll free and speak with one of our sales representative, so that we can assist you with your purchase and are able to take all the necessary information. NOTE: If customer misrepresents the delivery address as a business address and it is in fact a home business in a residential area all residential charges made by trucking/delivery company will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer and back charged to your credit card or reflect in your invoice. Any address correction done by FedEx, UPS or any other carrier due to misrepresentation on order form by customer will reflect in a back charge and customer will be sent an invoice.

Orders:  We do not accept verbal orders. All orders must be in writing and emailed or faxed to us. Our terms are 100% with your Internet order. Credit card will be charged at time of placing order over the internet or by phone. No returns or cancellation are accepted on orders once the order is in production or placed by phone after 24 hours. Where no dispute was made within 24 hours of your order, your acceptance of the terms and conditions is assumed. If order is canceled within the the first 24 hours a 5% handling fee will be accessed. All orders must be paid in full. Payment information and authorization must be included with your order. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. If order is canceled after 24 hours, for any reason, the 5% handling fee still applies.

Custom And Special Orders: While we are happy to accept special orders, we do not accept verbal special orders. Custom orders must be in writing and emailed or faxed to us. Internet custom/special orders require a full payment at time of placing order. Our terms are 100% with your Internet order. No returns or cancellation are accepted on orders once the order is in production or placed by phone after 24 hours. Where no dispute was made within 24 hours of your order, your acceptance of the terms and conditions is assumed.
All custom orders are final and non refundable. No returns or cancellation are accepted on custom orders once the order is in production or 24 hours after placing order by phone. We are not responsible for measuring mistakes made by customers.

Billing Information: www.fireplacenclosures.com is a web site of CJ's Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC. All  invoices and correspondence will show the address above.

Prices & Promotion: We make every effort  to provide our customers with up-to-date, accurate information. Occasionally things happen that are beyond our control (new product delays, price changes, etc). All the sizes of products indicated on this web site are close approximations. Although our staff of proof readers work diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Again, if you have any question on the price or availability of an item, please call for assistance.

Minimum Orders: A $50.00 Minimum NET order is Required. Any order under $50.00 will be charged a $5.00 handling charge. Net order = without shipping.

Quantity Discount: Quantity discount my apply by buying more then 10 products of the same size/color and from the same brand/manufacturer.

Terms: All new accounts are prepaid only. There will be a $35.00 charge for returned checks. Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted. No cash discount apply. 

Certified Checks Or Money Order: Certified Checks or Money Orders must be made payable to CJ's Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC and drawn on a U.S. Bank. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. No C.O.D. orders.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, and MasterCard. 
You must provide us with the name as it appears on your credit card!

Shipping/Freight Charges: Shipping or freight charges see each individual page.
NOTE

Applies ONLY to Truck Deliveries (Common Carrier) (R&L Carriers, Fedex Freight East, Con-Way etc.)
Products shipped to the five boroughs of New York, Long Island, Martha's Vineyard or to other restricted access areas an additional $55.00 has to be charged regardless of the address. This is due to the transportation surcharge or transport for delivery to these areas.


Shipping Policy: Please inspect your order thoroughly before signing the bill of lading or delivery receipt. CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC will not be liable for damages after delivery of products. We recommend you the customer open all the boxes before signing for the products. Be sure to inspect the goods before you sign. IF YOU SIGN and the item turns out to be DAMAGED you have a BIG problem. By signing you are saying that the product was in good order and you are accepting it.
It is your responsibility to file claim for damaged merchandise. We can not file claims, we can only verify. Please unpack carefully. Keep original packing if there is damage.  Report any damages to the carrier immediately. CJ's Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC/ www.fireplacenclosures.com responsibility for the condition of the goods ends when the carrier accepts them.

Return Policy:
Fireplacenclosures.com is not a "try it out service". Once you have purchased an item form www.fireplacenclosures.com the only reason a return will be permitted is for genuine defects in the purchased item. We are very customer service oriented but have had some abuses of our generosity and efforts in the past.
All products listed on our web site www.fireplacenclosures.com are custom and made to order, therefore we do not have are return policy. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS.
Due to the custom nature of our built-to-order products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will be at CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC discretion.
If you are dissatisfied with the product or delivery. Do not sign the Proof of Delivery Receipt. Signatures on the Proof of Delivery Receipt mean that the sale is final. If you refuse or cancel contract you will be charged a restocking fee and the shipping cost from and back to us.

Credits: Credit will be issued towards credit card you supplied at the time of purchase. Time to issue credit will be 4-6 weeks from date of receiving the returned merchandise as per conditions stated in Returns.

Missing Parts or Hidden Damage:
Upon acceptance of your shipment, you have 24 hours in which to notify CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC/dba info.fireplacenclosures.com of any missing parts or hidden damage, not notifying CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC/dba www.fireplacenclosures.com within this time frame any future claim for said parts will be null and void. After 24 hours any parts that have to be sent out to repair merchandise, will have to be paid by the customer or are shipped COD. We implore you to examine your order in full upon time of delivery and notify us immediately before accepting delivery if you find damaged or missing parts.

When product is received damaged. you HAVE TO DO THE FOLLOWING STEPS.
1) Notify shipping company
2) Fill out damage form online, at www.cjshomedecor.com with all the necessary information.
3) Send picture of damage (box, product etc)
4) You will receive instruction by email how your claim will be handled.
5) If your claim is valid replacement will be ordered.
6) No exception!

All claims have to be supported with pictures broken/damaged part, invoice number and name of purchaser, no claim will be handled/accepted if no documentation is provided. In some instances we need to have the damaged goods sent back to us in order to send you a replacement. See returns.


Claim of Defective Items:

If a claim is made that an item is defective and returned to seller and seller deems item to be free of any and all manufacturer defects. Customer will be charged back on their credit card or invoiced for the cost of shipping to and from the customers home  or to a business or terminal at the sellers discretion.

Refused Merchandise:
Refused merchandise without receiving an RMA# from a www.FIREPLACENCLOSURES.com / CJ 's Home Decor  & Fireplaces Representative, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. For further questions regarding these terms, please email us at

Final Sales: The following items are final and non refundable. Inside Fit Doors, Glass & Track Doors, Custom Fireplace Doors, Fireplace Screens, All Doors for Factory-Built Fireplaces, Custom Mesh Screens, Custom Replacement Screens, Custom Facings, Full Face Enclosures, Custom Spark Screens, Hoods are final and not refundable.

Warranty: Refer to manufactures specification - We are not responsible for manufacturer defects. All warranty claims have to be supported with pictures of the problem or broken/damaged part, invoice number and name of purchaser, no claim will be handled/accepted if no documentation is provided.

Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with the handling of your order, please write to our customer service department manager at the address below, and we will do our best to satisfy your request. Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise SEE RETURNS. Your credit will be issued towards your credit card you supplied. Custom orders are final and cannot be returned, SEE CUSTOM ORDERS. All merchandise returned must be shipped prepaid.
