Shipping
Policy:
All shipments will
be carefully inspected and packed before leaving our warehouses. They will be
shipped the best carrier possible (FedEx, Motor Freight, etc). Responsibility for its
safe delivery is assumed by the carrier at time of pickup. Please unpack
carefully. Keep original packing if there is damaged. Report any damages
to the carrier immediately.
It is your responsibility to file claim for
damaged merchandise. We can not file claims, we can only verify. Never sign
before you have inspected the merchandise, if you sign you are saying,
it is yours and you have accepted the delivery in good condition and
waived your rights to file a claim with the delivery company.
NOTE:
Applies ONLY to Truck Deliveries (Common Carrier) (R&L Carriers, FedEx
Freight East, Con-Way etc.)
Products shipped to the five boroughs of New York, Long Island, Martha's
Vineyard or to other restricted access areas
an additional $55.00 has to be charged regardless of the address. This is
due to the transportation surcharge or transport for delivery to these
areas.
