| OPTION 1 The mounting flange will protrude into your fireplace opening 2 to 3 inches and be sized to allow 1/4" space between flange and brick wall of your opening. Measure height where mortar joints are. Drill two holes at that measurement on each of the side flanges. Position door in center and level of firebox opening and drill holes into the mortar joints for attachment, use masonry anchors and drill bit (1/4" anchors will work fine). Holes have to be site drilled buy end user. Be sure fireplace door is level and center in the opening before silicone/mortar it.
